5.1. Return Policy: Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

5.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
